- Because each piece is handmade, please allow for slight variations and imperfections. Clay By Chels does not accept returns, but will gladly replace or exchange any purchases that do not meet your satisfaction. (To qualify for an exchange or replacement, Clay By Chels must be notified at claybychelscustomerservice@gmail.com within 30 days of your original purchase.)
EARRING CARE:
- Although clay is quite durable, clay jewelry should not be bent or worn in water. Your earrings, if needed, can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Store in a cool, dry place without access to direct sunlight.
